Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Handlooms are as delicate as they are rare. Very few handlooms get made of more than one design, and every transit impacts its freshness and life. Before you return a Craftiva product, please understand how these items are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other.

Please do not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. However, in spite of these variables, we assure our valued customers of the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items, unless there is a defect or major difference from its description. Please read below our return & exchange policy before you return any item.
The return/refund policy is divided into three parts. Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Order, Shipping and Cancellation of Order. We ship all the orders via our shipping
partners Delhivery Couriers or India Post. Orders are shipped within 1-2 days from your
date of purchase unless the product you ordered is not available or On-Order. The shipping
time for products available On-Order basis will be mentioned individually in the description
of that product which will normally be 20-25 days.
We ship the orders worldwide. International orders may be subject to additional customer requirements. Please check the regulations in your country before placing an order. All payments will have to be made in advance using online mode (credit/debit card/UPI). Cash-on-Delivery (COD) facility may also be opted for, however, it is not applicable for On-Order products. In case of a refund of COD items, the customer’s bank details would be
required for transfer of funds.

Cancellation of Order If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within
24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Any order cancelled within the given time will be refunded in full within 3-4 business days.

Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Refund/Exchange and Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order. Products supplied by Craftiva are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. The items can be exchanged for a different size/colour or returned for a full refund. Please lodge your request for return/exchange at +91 7042244164 or e-mail us at [email protected] within 7 days from the time of delivery. Please mention your order number, product name to help us quickly process your request. Please keep the item in its original condition, all tags & warranty cards intact and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or replacement, if available.

Note- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.

  • Reverse Pick-Up
  • Please ensure that all the items being returned are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during return transit. Any change in the state of the item from its original state will disqualify your claim.
  • Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a salable condition. We request you to pack the item in its original packing along with all the tags.
  • Reverse pick-up will be arranged within 4 business days from the date of request in normal conditions.
  • After the return receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
  • In case of a return, banks normally take 3-5 business days to process online refund once it has been initiated from our end.
  • In the case of exchanges, a new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the reverse shipment.

  • Return Policy
  • Craftiva reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.
  • Products on SALE are not eligible for Exchange or Refund unless there is a defect or is different from its description.
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:
  • In case of minor design and colour variations as shown on the site as the handloom & handmade products will always have some variation.
  • The incorrect delivery address including any form of PO Box No or C/O APO address where the courier is not able to contact anyone.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier or Package refused by the recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition or another product/item is received in place of the product shipped.
  • Note: 1. Refunds will only be made after the receipt of returned shipment except in case the package has been lost in transit.

We will be able to give you only a partial refund if,
The product returned is not in its original packaging with the original receipt.
The product is returned after 16 days of receipt of the product by the customer.

Return of Defective Products

  • We ensure that every product we dispatch is thoroughly checked for quality. Therefore there is a remote chance of a defective product being received. However, if in case you receive a defective product, please contact our customer care number +91 7042244164 or write to us at [email protected] with the pictures of the defect in the product. We will arrange for a pick-up in case of a genuine complaint.
  • Replacement or Refund for the defective product will be initiated once we receive the product back.
  • Refunds Your refunds will be processed as under:-
  • Upon receipt of the product from the customer, the product will be checked for its condition, original packaging & receipt, and the return period.
  • Upon completion of the process, we will determine whether the customer is eligible for a full or partial refund or if the customer is ineligible for a refund.
  • If the customer is found to be eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 3-4 business days.
  • If the customer is found to be ineligible for a refund, the same will be intimated via email of the customer with reason.
  • For COD orders, the customer’s bank account information will be required for eligible refunds to be made to your account.
  • If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.   • Exchange We will replace the product free of cost only if they are defective or damaged. In case you wish to exchange it for another item, send us an email at [email protected]. The cost of courier charges will then have to be borne by the customer.
